The Great Fava on the Radio
I needed entertainment this week and discovered that the Great Fava a/k/a former landlord was going to be on the radio with his wife Melania. She's got another name but bitch sounds a bit harsh for an alias.
He told us when he had us sign a new lease to look him up on Facebook so we did. It's not to adore him but to say What's wrong with him? He had it advertised that he would be on the radio on Thursday. Why?
I don't listen to the radio. I don't know what any station is anymore. Once I got this car, I'll listen to the music I downloaded or a podcast or an audible book. My mom found the radio station and we tuned in at 3:30. It's a Christian station. That plays polka music. That sounds about right for him.
It was a pre-recorded interview which was really a good thing because it would be hard to fight the temptation to call the station and ask them what was wrong with them. His Melania was there along with the interview.
It was for this Hope Street Ministry in Milwaukee. It surprises me that either of them even want to step foot in Milwaukee because they act too superior. It was interesting to hear how they got involved with a charity that does good for the world when they don't. It was someone that went to the Great Fava for personal training when we did his personal trainer job. For the Great Fava, this was about putting something on his Facebook page. Show everyone that he's a good humanitarian while he ignores our phone calls that the toilet has overrun and is probably running into the lower unit. Yeah. Show us how noble you are. Jackass.
When he shared a story about his Melania, it just made her sound worse. I think he wanted to show how she just doesn't conform to society and what people think. He shared a story of how they were at a party and she was sitting in a corner with her hoodie and sweat pants drinking her wine and someone asked, You don't care, do you? She responded, No, I don't care. He thought that was the most marvelous story. I got his point but it was a terrible story.
I don't want to conform and be like other people. I also care about other people. Their opinions? Maybe not, but I never want to see people hurting. When The Great Fava got this place, he told my mom that West Allis undercharges for rent. Well, isn't that something? That was our first sign of trouble.
He also talked about how interesting it was to meet people of color when he went to the charity headquarters. I thought does he understand the words coming out of his mouth? He's not familiar with being around diverse people because he's from basically from the western part of Waukesha. So that part of Waukesha www? Is that a new version of the kkk? It just sounded awful.
The stories they told were so clumsy and awkward but they both sounded like they were above others. We laughed hysterically when he said that he likes to help people. We added to their wallets. He also mentioned that he still had rental properties. Well isn't he the big liar? Interesting.
There's a part 2 of this series. Why?
They just came across as spoiled and entitled and not very likeable.
I met Charlie's dad when I came home last night from picking up a Kohl's order. I told my mom that Charlie and Jeremy probably do have money but they also got it by working hard and not screwing over people unlike the Great Fava.
Part 2 of their interview? Wow. I hope I hear more about the inspiration for Melania's clothing line. Oh wait.
I don't care. I will listen because I've had some days so I need something to laugh at.
I shared with Charlie this morning how the monster accidentally locked us in the garage when the opener was broke and we only had a key and how Melania would close the door when I would get home and she would be coming through the alley.
I don't miss the Great Fava and his Melania.
