There is Some Justice

Today, the monster got what he deserved.  Jail.  Not as much as we would like but he finally is being held accountable. 


 Court orders the following as to Count 1:

IMPOSED AND STAYED: 3.5 YEARS OF IMPRISONMENT (Credit: 0 Days) 1.5 YEARS OF INITIAL CONFINEMENT 2 YEARS OF EXTENDED SUPERVISION Defendant is not eligible for Challenge Incarceration Program. Defendant is not eligible for Substance Abuse Program. TERM ON PROBATION: 3 YEARS; CONDITIONS OF PROBATION/EXTENDED SUPERVISION: *Pay all restitution, costs, and surcharges as ordered by the Court *DNA sample to be provided if not yet previously done *Follow through with any assessments, evaluations, treatment and/or counseling recommended by Agent CONDITION TIME: 6 MONTHS, in the Waukesha County Jail - HUBER (all standard release conditions) Defendant to report to the Huber Facility by 5:00 pm. on7/24/2026:


Is it fair that I'm putting this out to the universe? I didn't include everything. If he doesn't behave then he'll get more time.

I sleep with a night light after this person. I went to sleep a lot of nights feeling very scared for my own safety. He also found a way to raise our electricity somehow by tapping into it. I went through my treatment at that time. We figured he probably ripped me off for about 3 thousand dollars. That money? Could have helped me pay for my treatment.

So no. I don't give a flying fig that I put out his sentence. He made me fear for my life and my mom's. It's not enough time but at least it's a start. I'm so happy for the people that held him accountable.

So Here's the Weekend

 I was having a wishful thinking moment last night when I was writing my postcards.  I was wishing for my imaginary friend that has shades of Stephen Colbert mixed in to show up and go for a walk on this humid July night.  We would talk and maybe check out the food trucks that were at the Farmer's Market last night.  Maybe they would be ok.  Maybe they wouldn't.  We would be getting out of the house and just talking about how our week went for both of us. Feeling a bit used

About a month ago, the diva had an incident with the lurker.  They were asked to document other incidents and the diva had sent me a copy.  I scanned it.  It was small print but I thought wow.  She really documented in a whole chart. I printed it up to take a closer look tonight and I was bothered by what I read.  I only skimmed it on my phone but looking at it on page in front of me in bigger print was a whole different story.  Crazy story telling and my name is in there.  I thought don't speak for me, diva!  Keep my name out of your mouth!  Sigh.  I feel used for some strange reason.  Used me for learning the basic and now I've been kicked to the curb.  This is familiar territory.   Usually when people say I can't stand drama, they love it.  They're the ones starting it.   This is why I have walls up and I don't want to have walls up.  I kind of thought maybe this is someone that I can be friendl...

Flipping the Script

I felt like Debbie Downer last night when I went to bed.  There's actually some really good things happening. I think this young couple will make this a more livable place.  Charlie talked about the insulation and how once they fix it, it might change our heating and electrical bill.  That would be wonderful. After 9 plus years of the previous landlord, we'll call him The Great Fava, if he did something, we were going to pay for it.  I guess that's where my mind started with the worrying. I asked my niece what authors Charlotte likes and she mentioned Mo Willems.  I wanted some ideas for her birthday in early August.  I stopped at Boswell Books and found Mo's collection of books and bought one.  It was only $10 and I'll be back to buy a couple more this summer. I looked at the book and it just made me smile.  I'm so happy so loves books and I love supporting a small business like Boswell. I get $5 off my next book so I am more than glad to buy lit...
