Cleaning up my act

Last night, I noticed online that there were tools for cleaning your mouth guard.  I thought no kidding?  Amazon does have everything.  I had used Polident tablets to clean it up but no, it just doesn't do it.  Saving up for a new one right now?  That's hysterical.  When I got this one, I spent $300 when they were going for $600 out of pocket.  I'm going to guess that price went up.

I looked at one that wasn't going to break my budget. I thought just make it less gross please.  I got it today and I used it for 10 minutes.  I saw an improvement.  Still gross, but I'll keep at it until it looks better.  I think of the bacteria and I shudder on that.  Bleh.  I soak it in water and mouthwash every night.  I wish I didn't have this problem.  I hate that I'm a teeth grinder.  I have been doing it for years.  I wonder why.  Ugh.  Even in my sleep, I'm stressed out.  No wonder I have nightmares of my teeth falling out.  I'm so very happy with this purchase. 

I am worried about Corinne.  Since people were so good to blab my business, I won't say what's wrong.  I just want her to be ok and I will be really mad at God if she's not.  She worked a lifetime for her happiness.  Let her have some, please.  Just throw the bad stuff my way. It's like a Tuesday for me. 

I will be watching the town hall tonight with Kamala.  About damn time Anderson is doing the questions.  I watched Alex Wagner last night and got frustrated listening to people talk about Trump in Pennsylvania.  Oh, that doesn't give me anxiety at all.  And Chris Sununu?  SHUT UP!  He was the first person I saw on CNN this morning and wanted to slap him across the TV screen.  On the plus side, I kept getting more helps from people who responded to me in the text banks.    Kamala said Do not despair.  Ok.  I'll try Madam President.

It was kind of a head pounding day of frustration with problems but yet, I felt ok about it.  I took it one thing at a time.  It's all I can do.  Keep on trying.  

I'm so happy that my mouthguard has a chance at not looking like something out of a horror movie.  Well I don't this cleaner can create miracles but I'll take what I can get!

 I crashed before Reverend Raphael Warnock's speech.  The power of DVR saved me. The Dark Things

I sometimes wonder about this when I'm in a brooding mood about how I got treated at a low time in my life.  Or lowest. Would people have been relieved if I just died?   Really.  I have thought the answer was yes.  I'm not talking about my family. I am talking about those who made their discomfort known to me.   They could have had some fake ceremony and a moment of silence.  There wouldn't have been a funeral so they could have forgotten about that part.  They would have excelled at pretending to care about my life if I wasn't here. Then, I had to go do something stupid and survive.  How do we deal with that?  My mentor even mentioned to me, well, you know, none of us have dealt with someone being sick.  Oh, should I get a fucking manual for that?  Excuse the F bomb but that was warranted. So Here's the Weekend

 I was having a wishful thinking moment last night when I was writing my postcards.  I was wishing for my imaginary friend that has shades of Stephen Colbert mixed in to show up and go for a walk on this humid July night.  We would talk and maybe check out the food trucks that were at the Farmer's Market last night.  Maybe they would be ok.  Maybe they wouldn't.  We would be getting out of the house and just talking about how our week went for both of us. Maybe we would stop at Pick n' Save and get my mom something she asked for.  He would always know how to talk to my mom and he would be someone she's really comfortable around like Charlie.  We would maybe see Charlie mowing the lawn on his usual Friday night task and talk to him.
