Ok, Feeling a tiny bit discouraged

I got at least 15K steps or more and last Saturday I got 24K steps.  I gained.  Two pounds.  My clothes actually feel a bit better but I'm like what?  I haven't had the house filled with snacks or ice cream.  I'd jones for a candy bar, but I wasn't inhaling bags of it.  

I get it.  I'm on an anti-depressant that may slow me down and I know, age.  There's more I can do.  I got a start and that's a good thing.

What am I going to do?  Keep working on it because I did feel 2% better this week and I want it to be 200% better.  

That just really sucks.  I'm not going back.  Keep moving forward.
